One week ago a very special little girl made her entrance into the world 🙂 On July 8th, at 2:47pm my very first niece arrived! She made us all wait and wait and wait, until 9 days after her due date, my sister was induced and finally Riley Grace was born. I was so lucky to be present for her birth and am so excited to share these special images <3

Things started off pretty easy 🙂

But pretty quickly, the pitocin kicked in and Kait started to really feel the contractions. (Anthony was super excited the whole day, in case you can’t tell from the photos :p )

And then she was here…with a full head of dark hair and the cutest little face 🙂 It was love at first sight.

And of course, Caely was so excited for her very first cousin!

I am so excited to do some newborn pictures of Riley when we go on our family vacation in two weeks! We tried a few shots last week while I was still visiting, but three days old was a bit young for posing :p but I did get a few keepers 🙂 Love this sweet girl!
