Welcome to month #3 of this year’s personal photography project 🙂 This year my blog project is based on a different light source each month as our theme. There are no other rules, you can post as many or as little images as you’d like as long as your image is lit with the light of the month. (If you would like to take a peek back at months one and two you can see them HERE and HERE!) And of course there will be a link at the bottom of this post so that you can follow our circle around and see everyone’s take on the theme 🙂 Make sure to follow the circle! These ladies are amazing and I am still amazed to be included in their fun 🙂
This month our theme was silhouette! We are currently experiencing the never-ending winter here in Maryland. I am typing this up on March 30th and if you can believe it, it actually snowed today (for the 1235487165435414354th time this year). So as you can imagine, when the first official day of spring rolled around a few weeks ago, it was not feeling very spring-y outside. But I wanted to get in the spring spirit. So one day after school we headed over to the conservatory at Brookside Gardens and took an afternoon to smell the flowers 🙂 It was so pretty and warm and made us even more excited for actual spring to show up 🙂 Whenever that might be!
Next in our circle is Raleigh newborn photographer Lina Jarmond! Click HERE to see her silhouette post 🙂
If you live in the Maryland, Virginia, or DC metro area and would like to schedule a newborn, baby or family photography session I am currently scheduling for June and beyond 🙂 Email me at tonya.teran@gmail.com and I would love to discuss the details!

I want spring too! And your image makes me long for it even more…. Gorgeous!
I LOVE this! Love the body language of both of them! Even with a silhouette you can see how much she adores her brother. What a treasure!
